8. Limitation of Liability

• Autocomplete-Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
